Congrats baby card

Here is a card I made for a client of mine who just had a cute baby girl. I added tulle on the card because I noticed that other craters had been using it on their cards. I have been working with tulle for a long time but I used them to wrap Easter baskets with. They made them look ten times cuter than using cellophane plastic.
